Get out (Flexi Case)

Emotional and physical abuse, not only in romantic relationships but also in family and friends relationship, is not really understood by the victim. It is hard for the victim to understand in which situation she/he is in. Especially if this issue is going on since childhood. It became just normal. But the victim is suffering. Just often, the victim can not pinpoint what it exactly is, that creates the suffering. Is it the victim, who is just being overdramatic or is it really the other person? The victim tries to figure out what is going on, what is wrong, and does everything except leaving the relationship. No matter which kind relationship it is, it is hard to leave but the best thing we can do for ourselves. In the painting you can see a woman climbing out of a shadow casted by a person. She is struggeling, the climbing is difficult, but she will get out.  I want you to get out. Like I did. I know it is so difficult and connected with a lot of fear, but trust me, it is absolutely worth it. You loose yourself in the toxic relationship to the point you dont know anymore who you really are. If you get out, you will slowly find yourself again. It is beautiful. You deserve more.
