Sometimes we think that being good means tolerating everything and sacrificing everything for someone else. But thats not true. That is causing pain. Causing pain not to other but to oneself. And me and you, we deserve the same love and kindness we would give someone else. We are the source of our life. This source needs to be watered like plants are watered. Each and every plant needs the right attention. You are not less worthy as any other person. It would kill every plant in the end, if they decided just not to take care of themselves because they dont deserve it as much. It is a must. For us and for our world. To take care of ourselves. Take care of our body, our mental health, our surroundings, our life in general. By taking care of yourself and cutting off the people who do you harm, you create a beautiful world for youself, which on the other hand influences more people in a good way. So like in this painting, the plant-woman is watering herself, please water your soul and your body and you life and dont believe you are bad because you are setting boundaries and respect yourself. It is the opposite.
