Women are children of god

"Women are created in the image of God, they are valuable, and they should be treated as such. Why should God give you one of his children if you don’t even know how to treat them?"

These words were beautifully spoken by a man who had spent years treating women as objects, seeking validation by trying to sleep with as many women as possible. Only later did he finally realize that women are human beings with the same value and dignity as men.

You get what you give: respecting women will earn you respect from women. If you cannot love someone who was created just like you, then you are not truly loving yourself. And that is what I believe as well: the way we treat others reflects what we carry inside ourselves. We must relearn how to respect one another, instead of blaming the opposite gender for our own life experiences.
