Story behind this painting: We see too many gender-wars almost everywhere we look. There are absolute valid points to talk about, like tr*fficking, SA, DV. All these are valid points, but we have to consider, that radicalization in any direction is pathological and will create more vi0lence. I absolutely advocate for speaking about women's rights, but even the feminist field can get into a radical direction. And the same goes for the radicalization of male narratives. Both genders need to be educated on respecting the opposite gender. Like that, true change is possible. Blaming either gender will only create more and more negativity.

Therefore, the main focus we need here is mindset and education.

We are both on this planet. We are here to be together and work together. We are both on this planet to create beautiful things (like the rose in my painting is created by both). As both genders create life, both genders are meant to thrive together. I hope we will reach that point somewhere in the near future.
